About Our Staff
Dr. Ge Family Dentistry was previously Dr. Bailey & Girald Family Dental Office, which was founded by Ronald J. Bailey, D.M.D., and John Girald, D.M.D. in 1981. Under their unremitting efforts they established a great dental home for people in the community.
Ping Ge, D.D.S., purchased the practice at the end of 2011. Dr. Ge introduced digital x-ray and paperless charting which makes the diagnosis of dental and periodontal problems in a more efficient, accurate, and convenient way. We can collect, store, and send patient information without using papers, film, or chemicals.
Now, Dr. Ge, and the rest of the team work together to provide the best, most up-to-date dental technology and care to our patients.
Ping Ge, D.D.S
Dr. Ge graduated from the Department of Stomatology, Xi'An Jiaotong University (Former Xi'An medical University) in China in 1986 and received her DDS degree from New York University, College of Dentistry in 2008. She completed her General Practice Residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York in 2009. Dr. Ge has been in the dental practice since 1986.

Hygienists
Our hygienists are caring dental professionals dedicated to using their knowledge and skills to help our patients maintain oral health by identifying potential dental problems involving gums and teeth in their earliest stages and educating patients on how to care for their teeth at home. Our hygienist team provides an invaluable service to our patients and is our first line of defense against oral diseases in our office.

Dental assistants play very important roles in our dental practice. They not only assist at the dentists’ chair-side, but also play an important role in helping our patients. Rowena has been working in our office for over 20 years and handles all our patient financial arrangements. Rowena is familiar with every kind of dental insurance and can help you get the maximum insurance benefits to which you are entitled. She can also arrange payment plans that will be acceptable and answer any questions concerning billing or insurance.
